This was one of the high country tarns I visited last summer. It's amazing to find a place you can call your own for an afternoon where all you see and hear is nature at its finest. Then of course there is the challenge of capturing it with wet paint and a brush. Even the scrapers are memorable because it was time so well spent observing and absorbing it all. Nature is always the best teacher for an artist.
